All over Canada, people are taking to the streets and parks to raise money for ALS! ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) is a progressively paralyzing condition with a prognosis of 2 to 5 years. By attacking the motor neurons in the body, ALS denies the ability to move, speak, smile and, finally, to breathe. It has no known cause, treatment, or cure.
This June, join ALS Ontario at Bayfront Park and walk to raise funds for vital research, and to provide equipment and support for people living with ALS and their families.

The Punisher Adventure Race will be held at the Christie Conservation Area.
The event will comprise of a 5 km course through open fields, groomed trails, and have moderate elevations to challenge runners of all levels.
This is an extreme sport Adventure Race that includes mud and obstacles to challenge all levels of abilities. This event is open to all registrants, individuals and teams. There will be one Showcase Heat during the day that will be dedicated to the Emergency Services And Military Services Personnel.

The Ideal Home & Garden Show presented by RE/MAX is the premier interior and exterior event in Southwestern Ontario.
